  3. Booking and Payments
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process (e.g., names, dates, contact details) is accurate and complete. We are not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate data.
  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking is the final price for that transaction.
  • Payment Gateway: All payments are processed securely through our designated third-party Payment Gateway. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by the Payment Gateway’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the Payment Gateway’s operations, security breaches, or delays.
  • Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once we send you a confirmation email and the full payment has been successfully processed.
  1. Cancellation and Changes

  • We are not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such Vendors or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.
  • Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific Product giving rise to the claim.

Refund Policy

  1. General Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests are applicable only for Products that have been fully paid for and are subject to the specific cancellation terms of the respective Vendor (e.g., hotel, airline, tour operator).
  • A non-refundable administration fee (e.g., [Specify amount or percentage, e.g., 5% or IDR 50,000]) may be deducted from the eligible refund amount.
  1. Request Procedure

  • Requests must include the booking reference number, the name of the traveler(s), and a clear reason for the cancellation/refund request.
  • The date of receipt of the written request will be used as the cancellation date for calculating the refund amount.
  1. Refund Amount Calculation The final refund amount is determined by:
  • Vendor’s Cancellation Policy: The percentage of refund permitted by the Vendor, based on the time elapsed between the cancellation request and the service start date.
  • Our Administrative Fee: Deduction of our non-refundable administrative fee.
  • Payment Gateway Charges: Any non-refundable transaction fees charged by the Payment Gateway will also be deducted.

  1. Refund Processing Time

  1. Non-Refundable Situations (No Refund Given) No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Customer Error: Cancellation due to providing incorrect personal information (e.g., wrong name, date of birth) that results in the booking becoming unusable.
  • Partial Use: If the traveler uses only a portion of a package or bundled service.
  • Force Majeure: Refund for cancellations due to natural disasters, war, or other force majeure events is subject to the specific policy of the Vendor and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
